Ash Fun day 7 Village Fete 2022

For those that may have missed it, Ash Parish Council (APC) has published photos of the Village Fete & Fun Day 2022, held on Saturday 9th July. This year’s event was held in honour of the Queens Platinum Jubilee. Despite the hot weather, the event was well attended by residents who found an array of free entertainment as well as many different local businesses, not-for-profit organisations and charities that operate and serve within Ash Parish.

Message from Cllr John Tonks (Events Working Group Chairman)

“I wish to pass on my sincere thanks to all the APC Staff who worked hard to make this event happen. Every year we change things and this offers new challenges to which they always overcome. I would also like to thank all the stall holders and associated organisations who attended this and made this event a success. I was pleased to see so many positive comments left with our office, which were gratefully received. I look forward to welcoming everyone back for 2023, but before that we have a Brass Band concert on 17th September and Christmas Fantasia on 26th November 2022. Finally thank you, the residents, who braved the hot weather, extra shelter is something I will be looking to improve upon for next year!
