SCC Road Repair: White Lane Closure

White Lane Closure

Planned works for White Lane:

Surrey County Council (SCC) Highways has issued an advanced notice of the road closure of White Lane in Ash. This will be from 9 February 2023 for 9 weeks. The works are to put traffic signals on the bridge, footpath works and to resurface the carriageway. Cllr Matt Furniss said that “walking and cycling will be allowed over the bridge when safe to do so, just ask the crew on site“. Access to residents and businesses on either side of the bridge will be maintained via the diversion route.

There will be a signed diversion in place during the work.
