Emergency Utility gas works are expected until 21 Nov 2022:

SGN (Scotia Gas Networks) is conducting Emergency utility works and has deployed two-way-control traffic lights on the southern section of Vale Road (B3441). This is situated near the Admiral Pub and impacts Vale Road, Oaklea & Burrwood Gardens. Road users are advised to expect delays whilst the repair is completed, the lights are in operation 24/7.
