Ash Parish Council has announced the next stage in its process to create a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish, by presenting the pre-submission version of the Ash Neighbourhood Plan. This plan is now open for statutory consultation in accordance with Regulation 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
The council invites comments on the proposals and content of the plan from all residents, workers, local organisations, and landowners in Ash. Feedback is crucial for shaping the future of the community, and the council encourages participation from everyone.
Comments can be submitted via email to office@ashpcsurrey.gov.uk or by post to Ash Parish Council, Ash Centre, Ash Hill Road, Ash, Surrey, GU12 5DP. The deadline for submissions is 31st July 2025. It is important to note that comments received after this date may not be considered.
All contributors must provide their contact details, which will be kept confidential. However, the council will share this information with Guildford Borough Council to notify participants of the final version of the plan once it is ready for examination.
