Drop in any time between 10:30 am – 3:30 pm to this free event for all ages. You will be able to handle the items, putting local history at your fingertips! You can also explore Ash Museum’s display in the library all month.
Art and creative writing competition
We are also running an art and creative writing competition on the theme: ‘What does Ash mean to you?’ It could be a place, a historic event, or a historic person.
Entries can be:
- An artwork, such as a painting, drawing, or collage
- A short story (500 words max)
- A poem
This competition is open to children and adults, and entries will be chosen for a library display. Please hand your entry into the library by Saturday 3rd June.
