Surrey County Council (SCC) Highways has issued an advanced notice of multi‑way traffic signals on the A323 As Street scheduled from 25 February to 27 February 2026. The works have been approved for T Openreach, who will be undertaking essential utility asset maintenance. As part of the project, a temporary pedestrian walkway will be installed to maintain safe access for the public throughout the works.
