Ash Village Fete 29th June 2024: Book your stall now

Ash Fun day 7 Village Fete 2022

Ash Parish Council (APC) is inviting the community to take part in the village fete. If you wish to represent a charity or not-for-profit organisation, stall pitches are given at no cost in order to support the fundraising efforts of all the local organisations that operate in Ash. If you would like to promote your business there is a £10 fee collected, which is donated to the APC-chosen charity.

To book a stall, please complete the Stall booking form and email  events@ashpcsurrey.gov.uk. All stalls are given on a first-come first-served basis.

A great day out

Each year the Village Fete brings together our entire community, to enjoy and Celebrate Ash. The event is organised by Ash Parish Council and promotes a variety of different Games, Carft, Entertainment, Food, and Drink stalls including a licenced bar. Music and Dance acts provide entertainment in addition to a Magician and Punch & Judy show.

Each year the events team nominates a charity to raise money for. The chosen charity for 2024 is the Ash Villages Food Parcels Project. This money is raised by charging a small fee to stallholders, and sponsors and by profits from the bar.

Where is the Fete

The event will be located in Ash Recreation Ground next to the Ash Centre on Ash Hill Road. Residents are advised to walk to the event as able, as the Ash Centre car park will be closed for the duration of the event. The Car park at the coronation gardens will remain open, although spaces are limited.

When is the Village Fete

The 2024 Ash Parish Council Village Fete is on Saturday 29th June 2024, 12 noon until 4 pm. The event is free to all and will host stalls from local businesses, not-for-profit organisations and charities. As well as the tombolas, lucky dip and games, throughout the day will be entertainment including dance acts and music.

How to book

To book a stall, complete the Stall booking form and email it events@ashpcsurrey.gov.uk.

The price is £10 per pitch outside/inside table. However, if you are donating your proceeds to charity / a non-profit good cause, then the pitch is FREE
