On Saturday 16th July 2022 Ash Music Festival returns for 2022. The festival begins at 11 am and closes at 7 pm. The festival is located at Harpers recreation ground, opposite The Lion Brewery pub. Organisers are holding this year’s festival in Memory of Paul Shrubb. The event will also raise money for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Organises ask that festival goers bring cash as there is no card payment facilities for the beer tent or gate tickets.
The Ash Music festival is an annual charity event organised by Lyndsey and Mike of the Lion Brewery. On their website, they said that “In July every year, Ash plays host to this wonderful event. There is a large stage where many of the top local bands can show their stuff and entertain the crowds. There are also many stalls, games, attractions, and of course food and drink, that all combine to make a wonderful day out for all the family.”
