Christmas Card design competition
Ash Parish Council (APC) has launched a free Christmas Card competition which is open to all residents. In a statement to Ash Parish News, the Events Working group Chairman Cllr John Tonks said;
“Following the success of the 2021 Easter card design competition, Ash Parish Councill will host a Christmas card design competition. As with the Ash in Bloom, we would like residents to send us their designs, which will be placed on the Parish website for judging. All residents are then invited to vote online for their favorite design. A 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prize will be awarded to those with the most votes.”
“The competition is now officially open, with the latest to be submitted by the end of Saturday 4th December 2021. This is to allow time for online judging and for the prizes to be awarded before Christmas. As with the Easter cards, all the designs will be printed and given to Abbeywood care home with a note wishing all a Merry Christmas from the residents of Ash.”
