Road Repair: A31 Hogs Back Lane Closure

Planned works Westbound towards Farnham:

Surrey County Council (SCC) Highways has issued an advanced notice of A31 Hogs Back Lane Closure (Westbound) between 10am and 3pm. The works are scheduled to begin from 20 October 2021 for up to 3 Days. This is to undertake both  carriageway patching and “cyclical works”, which involves routine maintenance tasks. The lane closure will e across the entrance to Greyfriars Lodge.

Information to residents and Businesses

Advanced warning signs will be displayed for the Hogs Back Lane Closure, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, the emergency services, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. SCC will make sure you can get to and from your house or business when it is safe to do. Please first talk to a member of staff on site if you need help, as they can solve most issues.
