Ash Fantasia / Christmas Market 2021

Whilst Christmas is a little way away yet, Ash Parish Council has confirmed plans that it is holding its annual Christmas Market & Fantasia on the 27th of November. As well as the Christmas carols and turning on of the lights at 16:30. There are new plans to expand the event at the Ash Centre into the car park with stalls and entertainment.

Local businesses, organisations, and charities are now invited to register to hold tables, and this year there will be outdoor market stalls too.

Apply for a stall

There is availability for stallholders in the main hall as well as outside. If you are interested, then please email the Ash Parish Council events team at events@ashpcsurrey.gov.uk for an application form.

Price of Christmas market stalls

The price is £15 per table inside and £15 per market stall outside. If you are not operating for profit (e.g. charity) the first table will be Free. This event is not for profit, which means proceeds collected by the council for stalls will be donated to local a charity supported by the Council.

When is Ash Fantasia

The market opens at the Ash Centre at 12pm and closed at 4pm on 27th November 2021.

The Christmas Carols start at 16:15 and the tree will be lit by 17:00.

As with previous years, the Wharf road will be temporarily closed.

Entry fee for residents

The Ash Fantasia event is completely free, there is no cost to enter the market or attend the Christmas Carol and tree lighting event.
